Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan, said today it has officially become a wireless city. Over 4,000 access points have been deployed in the past two years throughout the area to make the network accessible to users for a monthly fee of $12 (US).
Although the WiFly service has experienced some roadblocks in terms of not enough people signing up for it, now that it has been determined that the city is officially wireless, the network may very well experience a surge in subscriberships.
