Verisign signs deal with WiMAX Forum

Verisign has been selected by the WiMAX Forum to be the sole source of base-level provider of authenticated security across the WiMAX universe, as Verisign's technology will become the root Certificate of Authenticity (CA) used across all WiMAX installations.
This is a nod to making things super-simple and very standardized as WiMAX continues to gain steam with companies looking to deploy this wireless Internet broadband technology anywhere and everywhere. Cable modems and DSL --
