With the vast spectrum holdings Sprint Nextel has, we've pondered here on The Wireless Report a few times what
its strategy is, and how it's going to roll out 4G advanced wireless services. Don't look for Sprint Nextel to be
bidding heavily (or at all) in the advanced wireless services (AWS) spectrum auctions being help on June 29th.
They already have quite a bit of radio waves in the front pocket. So, what are the 4G plans Sprint Nextel is inevitably working on behind its closed doors? Nobody knows for sure, but would they rollout WiMAX on the spectrum they own instead of some other semi-established (Ok, completely established) network protocol like W-CDMA or some other high data-rate protocol? We will shortly see, if not before the year 2008 -- which will be here faster than we can imagine.

1. You shouldn't have written "rollout". That's a noun. What you want to write is "roll out". Two words.
