Helio -- that mobile virtula network operator with the pockets of Earthlink founder Sky Dayton in them -- has
launched their network to the public with some pretty sweet wireless plan offerings. Helio, which has the
mighty plan and task to make its user interface (UI) consistent across all its handsets, is marketing two initial
handsets: one for $250 and the other for $275. Both look decently high-end, and this is good.In addition to the phones, their plans seem to somewhat-mimic (at least a little) the "unlimited plans" from amp'd mobile. Its "All-In Membership" includes unlimited data, video, MMS, texting, nights and weekends, roaming and long distance with the minut plan you choose -- which starts at $85 for 1,000 anytime minutes.
