lead the world in advanced consumer technology applications and products like high-speed broadband internet access and
wireless phone capability, here's another one. It seems that 3G advanced wireless services have penetrated to the point
of 40 percent in these countries.Although this article mentions that the Japanese and Koreans know how to teach the rest of the wireless world how to roll out advanced services successfully, there's more to it than that.
